Bill and I frequent Mother Annas in Somerville where I had mashed yuca for the first time. I absolutely love the texture. I serve this over Cachupa, the traditional cape Verdean Dish. Enjoy!
Cachupa
Bill and I went to a great Cape Verdean restaurant and the cuisine insipred me. I looked at several recipes and came up with my own, looking to reduce the fat and sodium content. I also decided to serve this over mashed yuca and everyone enjoyed it!
Home made Caesar Salad Dressing
This creamy delicious dressing was a big hit at Christmas Eve. Just a hint of anchovy and egg beaters make it delicious and safe.

Route 100 Adventure
My first post pandemic long motorcycle ride through NH and down Vermont100 featuring several "what the hell this road looks good" turns and some breathtaking scenery.
Blue Ridge Motorcycle Trip
My brother and I rode the entire Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive and the Tail of the Dragon. Total bike mileage 1500 and truck mileage 1200. It was the first trip we have taken together and we had an awesome time.

Sausage Night
Once again, a great evening with close friends. This year, I decided to make chicken sausages, broccoli rabe and provolone and roasted garlic. It is so much fun to get together with good friends, enjoy a great meal and create!
