1 5 lb rack of beef ribs
Binding Sauce (Worcestershire, SOy Sauce, Cider Vinegar
Rub
Apple Cider
Apple Cider Vinegar

Remove membrane and excess fat from back of rib
Baste in binding sauce
Rub Place in bag and set overnight

Allow ribs to come to room temperature
Fill drop pan with cider vinegar, seasoned salt
Smoke for 3 hours at 225
Wrap in foil and add 3 / 1 Cider/Cider Vinegar mixture
Return to smoker for 1 hour or until meat pulls from bone
Finish with BBQ sauce for 25 minutes
