Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thighs
- 2 pound sausage
- 3 Bell peppers Slices
- 3 Sweet Onions Sliced
- 8 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 Cider vinegar
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup water
- Dash oregano and hot pepper flakes
Instructions
- Sear thighs skin side down 4 minutes , turn 3 minutes
- Brown Sausage and Slice
- Sautee peppers garlic and Onions until softened
- Add water and deglaze
- Add all other ingredients back, bring to a boil covered
- Simmer for 30 minutes
