Ingredients
- Dressing
- Fresh juice from 1 lemon, 1 lime, and 1 orange
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or any white vinegar
- 6 medium cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 teaspoon sugar or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup olive oil
- teaspoon parsley
- Salad
- 1 head small purple cabbage, sliced 1/4 to 1/2″ thick
- 1 head small green cabbage, sliced 1/4 to 1/2″ thick
- 4 carrots, peeled and shaved into ribbons with a peeler
- 1 to 3 banana Peppers
Instructions
- Mix all dressing ingredients well
- Chop all salad ingredients
- Pour dressing over salad and mix well
- Let set for one hour and serve
