This is a great variation of the classic dish, which is served in every pub in Ireland (lol) using roasted sweet potatoes, which are lower in carbs, instead of regular potatoes.
One of my favorite BBQ places is in South Carolina Home team BBQ. Their wings are the best I have ever had. This recipe was found in an interview with their chef. Enjoy!
These fluffy pancakes are adapted from a series of recipes. I like the extra baking powder as it makes them really fluffy. The bliss part is my take on our favorite breakfast restaurant's bliss pancake recipe. You can use any fruit you want1
This delicious roast is tender and juicy. We serve during every holiday. The keys are letting it come to room temperature for 3 - 4 hours before cooking and letting it rest 30 - 60 minutes after.
This is a rich tiramisu made with our family's Italian crema recipe and without alcohol. I decided to try this variation since I didn't want to use raw eggs with my older guests.
When you're sick of turkey sandwiches, this is a great way to spice up turkey leftovers. The cornbread crust makes it more carb friendly. Serve with a nice white and you have a great meal for a chilly evening!
My first post pandemic long motorcycle ride through NH and down Vermont100 featuring several "what the hell this road looks good" turns and some breathtaking scenery.
My brother and I rode the entire Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive and the Tail of the Dragon. Total bike mileage 1500 and truck mileage 1200. It was the first trip we have taken together and we had an awesome time.
Once again, a great evening with close friends. This year, I decided to make chicken sausages, broccoli rabe and provolone and roasted garlic. It is so much fun to get together with good friends, enjoy a great meal and create!
