Ingredients
- 3/4 pound linguine
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 3.5 oz jar capers
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- Cook linguine sand drain reserving 1/2 cup pasta water
- Heat olive oil over medium heat
- Cook garlic and capers until fragrant 30 seconds
- Add in lemon juice
- Add pasta and coat completely
- Add reserves pasta water 1/4 cup at a time
- Add salt to taste
