<h2>Crema di Limoncello</h2>
Sak 6 lemons (peel off the zest yellow only, no white)in 1/2 litre of alcohol for 7 days
Dissolve 1 Kg Sugar in 1 litre of milk
Combine and Freeze

Regular Limoncello

1 liter Everclear
1 liter of water
1 kg of sugar (900g Better)
6 lemons zested

Add lemon zest to alcohol and let stand for 7 days
Slowly dissolve sugar in warm water
When it is boiling, add alcohol, discarding zest first
When cooled, put in freezer. and let sit for 1 month
