Nonna's Spaghetti Sauce

6 Cloves Garlic Whole
3 Cans Pastene Kitchen Ready Tomotoes
1 Can Contadina Tomato Paste
3 Carrots
2 Stalks Celery
1 Onion Peeled
1 cup White Wine
4 Regular Beef Ribs|
3 Hot Sausages ( Par Boiled)
3 Sweet Sausages (Par Boiled)
2 Country Style Pork Ribs
2 cups Olive Oil
3 Bay Leaves
Pinch Baking Soda
Directions
- Heat Oil and Saute Garlic
- Add Pork and Beef and Brown
- Add Tomatoes, 1/2 Can Water ( washing Out Tomato Cans) Onions, Celery, Carrot, Bay Leaves, and Bring to A Low Boil
- Add Sausages and White Wine and Reduce Heat to Low
- Simmer for 2 1/2 – 3 Hours
- Remove Meat and Add Meatballs
- Add Pinch of Baking Soda and Stir
- Simmer for Half Hour
- Let rest for an hour before serving.
