6 cups chicken broth

3 eggs beaten
Grated Lemon RindSalt and Pepper
3 Tbsp Plain Breadcrumbs
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp Flour

Beat together until it is a running paste.  If too loose add more ingredients

When stock is boiling vigorously, add and mix constantly

Cook for 2 minutes
