STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS
1.5 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
3 eggs beatem
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 diced onion
1/4 cup diced parsely
salt
pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1 large green peppers, sliced in half
Grease bottom of pan with olive oil.
Mix onion parsley garlic and eggs add cheese rice bread crumbs, cheese and combine Add meat and mix thoroughly. Take tops off of green peppers and clean out ribs and seeds.
Microwave for 5 minutes on high
Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
Place in pan drizzle olive oil over top. Cook @ 375 F for 50 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and Cook another 10minutes until peppers are soft
